TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an order at TangoSigns.com, client is entering into a purchase agreement with Tango Signs, and agrees to purchase the items listed on his/her order with the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT:  Client shall provide approved payment method upon placing an order. If client is paying with a credit card, said card will not be charged until client has been provided an order confirmation and any applicable proofs of graphics, lettering, or images. Order total must be paid in full prior to production.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All sign orders are custom made and cannot be changed or canceled once production begins. Please carefully check all proofs and order specs prior to production to confirm sizes, designs, layouts, spelling, and colors. If an order is canceled prior to commencement, Tango Signs will refund the purchase price less any production costs incurred and services provided such as graphics design.

INSTALLATION:  The end-user is to provide a sound adequate power connection to all electric sign products. Tango Signs can assist you in finding a local sign installer from a network of nationwide contacts. Also, with our Permit & Installation Assist, Tango Signs will assist client in the process of obtaining a sign permit from their local municipalities, and will communicate directly with a sign installer to plan and coordinate the installation of signs purchased on behalf of client. However, Tango Signs assumes no guarantee or warranty (expressed or implied), or liability, for an installation performed by a third party contractor. Tango Signs does not guarantee the approval of signs purchased, or the issuance of permits, by local municipalities. Failure to install sign properly may void warranty. Permit & Installation Assist fee does not include the cost of sign installation, or sign permit application fees. Client is responsible for all payments due to third parties for actual sign installation, as well as any fees charged by local municipalities for sign permits.

SHIPPING RATES:  Published shipping rates are to be considered an estimate only. Listed shipping rates are estimates to most commercial addresses in our standard freight zones. If you do not have a commercially zoned address, please call for assistance. Freight carriers add surcharges to certain parts of TX, CA, WA, AZ, NH, and AK as well as residential addresses or rural areas. Your complete delivery address will be submitted to the selected freight carrier to determine if surcharges apply prior to shipping your sign. Listed freight charges do not include accessory fees for items such as lift gates, special equipment, change of address, etc. If these items are needed, client will be responsible for additional fees.

THE TANGO GUARANTEE:  Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify Tango Signs prior to taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying Tango Signs and obtaining written authorization, automatically voids any guarantees.

All electric signs provided by TangoSigns.com are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from date of shipment to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. During this one year period, defective components will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the client. However, labor to remove or replace components, along with any travel or postage expenses incurred to remove or replace defective components, shall not be reimbursed.

Any defective component which qualifies for manufacturer’s warranty must be returned to Tango Signs before credit is provided. Freight-collect shipments are not accepted.

This warranty does not apply to fluorescent lamps, neon tubing, incandescent bulbs, or damage resulting from shipping, acts of God, improper installation, negligence (even if accidental), or misuse.

Any component manufacturer's warranty still in effect upon expiration of Tango Signs’ warranty period is passed on to the buyer.

LIABILITY:  Neither distributor, nor manufacturer, shall be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damage out of the use or inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:  All signs are inspected and tested for proper function prior to shipment. In addition, all signs are shipped in packaging that meets or exceeds industry standards for common freight shipment. Tango Signs includes freight insurance for the full value of all items when shipping your purchase.  However, accidents can happen during shipping, and it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to inspect the sign(s) for any damage or failure to function properly, prior to accepting delivery. In the event that there is any evidence of damage upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to properly document it with the freight carrier on the delivery receipt. If the sign is accepted without any notation of damage, then the client is acknowledging that the sign will be considered to have been received in perfect working condition and that any subsequent damage will be considered by the freight company to be the result of handling after delivery.  Tango Signs will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipment from our facilities to final delivery destination. Tango Signs will assist client with the process of filing a claim with freight provider for any loss or damage. Client agrees not perform a credit card chargeback to recover such loss or damage.

GRAPHICS:  When any order includes artwork, images or graphic design, Tango Signs will provide client with a proof for his/her approval prior to beginning production. Please check proofs and order specs carefully to ensure correct spelling, colors, layout, design, and sizes.  Tango Signs will print images in the exact resolution and colors with which they are received. Tango Signs will notify client if the art file they have submitted for their order is not print-ready or print-worthy, determined by its resolution or clarity.
