Q. What material are your banners made of?

A. All of our banners are printed with Eco-Solvent inks on heavy-duty, 13oz. premium vinyl and are hemmed on all four sides (with metal grommets) creating a flexible, easy to hang indoor/outdoor banner that is UV & weather resistant.

Q. Are other sizes available?

A. While our most common banner sizes are listed on our Banner Product Page, our large format printing enables us to print any size banner. For pricing a custom-size please call (888) 872-0709.

Q. Are banner measurements exact?

A. The finished size of your banner can vary about 1 inch when cut and hemmed. Please allow for some variation in your ordered size.

Q. How do I hang my banner?

A. All banners come prepared with brass grommets for hanging. They can be hung with standard rope material, but small bungee cords provide more resilience if your banner is intended for outdoor use.

Q. Do you print banners on both sides?

A. Your banner can be printed on both sides - contact us for special pricing.

Q. Can you print my logo or photograph on my banner?

A. Yes. Our banners are digitally printed with high resolution, photographic quality, which allows you the most options when it comes to your banner image. Have your custom message printed in your choice of colors on your background selection, or provide Tango Signs with your logo, graphics, or photos to be added to your banner.

Q. What kind of image should I use for printing on my banner?

A. If you are using a photograph, use a good resolution jpg. Send us the highest quality image available.

If you are sending a logo or clipart, EPS is the best choice to retain sharp lines and clarity. If EPS is not available, GIF or PNG file types are the next best option. JPG and TIF files may also be used. Always submit the highest quality image available.

Q. Will I receive a proof of my banner prior to production?

A. You will receive an order confirmation and a proof of your sign or banner order prior to printing to allow for any necessary changes or corrections. Your order will not go to production without your final approval.

Q. Can Tango design a graphic or logo for me?

A. Yes, if you can send us a description or simple sketch of what you are looking for, our art department can provide you with an art production quote and design suggestions.

Q. How soon can I get my banner?

A. Standard production, plus delivery time, can take up to two weeks. Upon completion of your order, you will receive shipping notification along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
